We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our clients finance team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting our day-to-day financial operations. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Controller and other team members to maintain financial efficiency and transparency within the company.
This is a 3-4 month temporary opportunity so If you are immediately available and are ready to join a motivated and supportive finance team with a fantastic culture… then this role is for you!
The Role
- Processing invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Raising invoices
- Cash allocation
- Chasing customers for outstanding payments
Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as strong communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:
