Accounts Coordinator

On behalf of AB Trading Corporation Pty Ltd, a leader in the fresh produce industry, we are looking for a dedicated Information and Accounts Coordinator to join the team in Parramatta, NSW, 2150.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week, and involves overseeing contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and managing stakeholder relationships within a vibrant business environment.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Employing sophisticated information management tools for maintaining accurate contract records, with a focus on data integrity and compliance with evolving information governance standards.
• Supervising key aspects of the contract lifecycle, focusing on compliance with international regulations relevant to the fresh produce industry. This involves strategic use of data management systems for contract analysis and risk assessment.
• Conducting thorough contract reviews using advanced data analysis techniques. This includes interpreting contract terms for their strategic and operational implications, ensuring alignment with both internal standards and international trade laws.
• Engaging in strategic contract negotiations, utilizing data-driven insights to form agreements that align with organizational goals and comply with global trade regulations.
• Generating detailed data-centric reports on contract performance, analyzing their effectiveness in achieving business objectives, especially in the global fresh produce market
• Ensuring all contracts are in strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, with a continuous focus on monitoring changes in laws affecting international trade in the fresh produce sector
• Conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to inform strategic decisions, focusing on global market trends, consumer demands, and competitive dynamics in the fresh produce industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant qualification.
• At least 2-3 years relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
