We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Service Coordinator/Dispatcher and Operations Assistant at Dr Aqua Plumbing, a leading plumbing company. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians, optimising schedules to maximise productivity.
- Review and submit reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the ordering of materials, and manage their delivery and storage.
- Liaise with subcontractors and coordinate their schedules for jobs.
- Assist in managing equipment and ensuring its availability for technicians.
- Manage and prepare tool box meetings.
- Prepare reports and assist management with planning, marketing and strategy.
- Support management in various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Available to work in office Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the plumbing or related industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think quickly, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in email management, scheduling software( Servicem8 is preferred), and basic computer skills.
- Plumbing industry experience or knowledge is essential.
