The Role We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer to join our Finance team based in Sydney.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and recording financial statements, processing accounts payable / receivable and contributing to month-end processes. If you have recently completed your degree and are looking to kick-start your career, we encourage you to apply. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in invoice processing, tracking payments and managing accounts payable
- Reconciling bank statements, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- Managing corporate credit card expenses
- Assisting with Firm-wide monthly billing activities
- Responding to internal and external finance queries
- Assisting the Finance team with other ad hoc duties.
What You Offer: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
