Primary Purpose of the Position

Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to manage end-to-end accounts payable, receivable and payroll. Existing experience in an Accounts based role is critical, and you will need to autonomously manage multiple priorities and be motivated to get in and hit the ground running!

Key accountabilities/responsibilities 

• Execute end-to-end accounts payable, receivable and payroll processes with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage cost reporting and invoicing
• Provide crucial support in financial report preparation and analysis, contributing to informed decision-making.
• Other ad hoc accounts administration duties as required

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in AP, AR, Payroll
• Experience with XERO software preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Building or Construction industry will be advantageous.
