Our Sydney head office is looking for a part-time Chinese speaking Accounts Officer.
This is a permanent part-time role e.g. 5 days with shortened working hours or 3-4 days per week.
About this role
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily receipt and payment processing
- Generating invoices and collection
- Processing bank and credit card account reconciliation
- Processing of expenses and related journal entries
- Prepare weekly and end of period reports
- Providing assistance to the Manager on a requested basis
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks
Essential for the Applicant:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional accuracy is a must
- High attention to detail
- A professional approach to your work
- Proactive and an ability to use initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
- Proficient MS Office skills (particularly Excel and Outlook) and Xero (preferred)
