Job description:
About the role
- Supporting the AP/AR Team Leader and broader Finance Team.
- An ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with other members of the transactional team.
- Reconcile incoming customer payments daily, across multiple entities and revenue channels.
- Reconcile bank accounts daily.
- Accurate entry of information into NetSuite in a timely manner
- Develop strong relationships with retail store teams and ensure all their requirements are met.
- Manage AR Inbox and respond to queries promptly.
- Process refunds.
- Post journals as required.
- Assist with samples in year end audit.
About You
- Previous experience in a transactional finance role.
- A sound understanding of the principles of bank reconciliations.
- Ability to proactively investigate and solve problems.
- Works cooperatively with others to accomplish group/team goals.
- Can follow processes and procedures; responds quickly to correct process problems.
- Positively manages internal customer queries and responds within agreed timelines.
- Delivers exceptional work standards.
- Brings a proactive and positive approach to work each day.
- Effectively managing one's time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time.
- NetSuite experience in a multi-entity environment (Highly regarded).
- 1 or more years' experience in a similar role (Highly regarded).
