As they expand, they're seeking an experienced accounts payable/administrator to join their team.The PositionReporting to the Accounts Manager this hands-on position is varied with primary responsibilities to include;
- Process accounts payable invoices including sub-contractors
- Manage expenditure approval (Purchase Order) documentation
- Review accounts payable against expenditure approvals (Purchase Orders)
- Liaise with suppliers regarding queries
- Account and statement reconciliation
- Accounts receivable reconciliation, chasing remittances, debt collection when required
- Manage company fleet including registrations
- Onboarding administration such as printing packs, scanning
- Administrative functions such as mail, maintain kitchen and stationary
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Solid account reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Xero and Excel highly desirable
- Ideally, previous exposure to the infrastructure industry
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Collaborative & flexible mindset and strong time management skills
- Eastern Creek location – parking onsite
- Flexible work hours 7-3, 7.30-3.30, 8-4, 8.30-4.30
- Salary Circa $65,000 - $70,000 + Super depending on experience.
