About the roleAbout the Role
UTS Advancement is currently seeking a **Philanthropic Awards Officer **to join the team. This is a broad-banded position, spanning two classification levels.
The Officer will support the Philanthropic Awards Program at UTS. This role will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing donor relationships plus securing, managing and stewarding new donations that support scholarships and prizes at UTS.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing, maintaining and managing a thriving and sustainable portfolio of prospective donors and donors
- Assisting with the development and writing of proposals, funding applications, grant applications and reports to donors
- Act as point of contact for colleagues in faculties and units across the university
- Working with the Advancement Customer Experience crew in Advancement, coordinate efforts to inform and engage donors through experiences and impact reports
- Provide high level support to the Philanthropic Awards Manager in relation to fostering and developing strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A proactive approach in supporting the stewardship of high value donors and in building new relationships

Base Salary Range: $92,851 to $113,344pa (HEW 6/7)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) **in addition **to the base salary.
