ACCOUNTS OFFICER – ROZELLE NSW (Part-Time / Flexible Hours)

Asset Inspect is an established and well-respected national company providing technical property-related risk consultancy services to the insurance industry. We are seeking a part-time Accounts Officer to join our small, dynamic team. The role is office-based in Rozelle, in inner west Sydney. 

Key tasks of the role include:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Accurately and efficiently manage the accounts payable and receivable functions using Xero software
• Financial Reconciliation: Ensure accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are resolved promptly to maintain accurate financial records.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, and contribute to the smooth operations of the office.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Have experience in Xero accounting software
• Be organised with excellent time management skills
• Have previous accounts experience of at least two years
• Have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Be proficient in computer systems
• Have excellent attention to detail
