ACCOUNTS OFFICER – ROZELLE NSW (Part-Time / Flexible Hours)
Asset Inspect is an established and well-respected national company providing technical property-related risk consultancy services to the insurance industry. We are seeking a part-time Accounts Officer to join our small, dynamic team. The role is office-based in Rozelle, in inner west Sydney.
Key tasks of the role include:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Accurately and efficiently manage the accounts payable and receivable functions using Xero software
- Financial Reconciliation: Ensure accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are resolved promptly to maintain accurate financial records.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, and contribute to the smooth operations of the office.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have experience in Xero accounting software
- Be organised with excellent time management skills
- Have previous accounts experience of at least two years
- Have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Be proficient in computer systems
- Have excellent attention to detail
