About the Position:
As a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop in the industry. You will be responsible for resolving business stakeholder and supplier queries, reconciliations, payment management, and supporting purchase order and invoice processes. You will be working with a supportive, enthusiastic, and motivated team within a company that continues to grow and reward its people.
What’s the role?
- Review and submission of payments
- Responding to queries / tickets raised by business stakeholders or at times external stakeholders e.g. suppliers
- Purchase Order and Concur Invoice support to users
- Running exception reports in Concur and addressing exceptions
- Running operational reports and tracking metrics
- Assigning invoices and reviewing invoice coding
Who are you?
- Previous Accounts Payable experience ideally in a large corporate environment - ideal though not essential
- Responding to queries/tickets raised by business stakeholders or external stakeholders such as suppliers
- Purchase Order and Concur Invoice support to users
- Running exception reports in Concur and addressing exceptions
- Running operational reports and tracking metrics
- Assigning invoices and reviewing invoice coding
- Experience using Concur would be highly regarded or capability to learn new systems quickly
