Our Client: Our client is a dynamic and large organisation in the rural services sector. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to support our rural towns, we are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable and Revenue Officer to join our finance team on a temporary basis.
Location: Tatura
Duration: 3 - 6 months (temporary position)
Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist with revenue recognition and billing processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Revenue-related roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
