About Our ClientOur client is a water infrastructure company, whose goal is to deliver quality results to their clients by providing the best service and product possible. They pride themselves on fostering a positive work environment, where employees feel supported.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

• Processing supplier invoices, and matching purchase orders to invoices and batching for approval
• Raising credit claims with suppliers
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Answering enquiries through phone and email relating to Accounts Payable function
• Occasionally assisting with the switchboard through the directing of phone callers to appropriate staff

The Successful ApplicantWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who works effectively in a collaborative environment, and is happy to apply their knowledge in this temporary position.Key competencies listed below;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to customer service skills.
• A hands-on team player that wants to contribute to a work's culture.
• Relevant end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.
• A can-do attitude, applying drive and motivation to the role.
