You will be joining a scaling business, collaborative & hard working environment.You will be leading the Accounts Payable & Receivable function nationally, to ensure timely & accurate payments to suppliers. You will have the responsibility of overseeing and developing the team, improving processes / procedures to drive efficiency and best practice.Location: CBD | hybrid working
REM: $110,000 - $125,000 plus super upwards (experience dependant)Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the establishment and implementation of policies, processes and systems, and identify areas for improvement
- Document, manage and improve best practice policies
- Ensure appropriate payment approvals have been obtained in line with DOA
- Monitoring aging reports to track outstanding receivables and taking actions to minimise overdue payments
- Provide recommendations and relevant information to management to enable informed decisions about suppliers, payments and cash flow
- 4-5+ years working experience in a similar role
- Experience in people management (off-shore would be beneficial)
- Jobpac or CHEOPS experience (beneficial)
- Proactive & positive attitude
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Proven experience with process improvement
