- Work on a variety of fit-out projects in the education and health care sectors, ranging from $500K - $10M
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Supporting the Project Manager with their projects
- Attend meetings with clients and trades, to ensure the smooth running of the project
- Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
To be considered for this position you will require:
- At least 2-3 years experience in a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator position across fit out projects
- Tertiary qualified in construction, or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy
- You will also be a team player with excellent problem solving ability and attention to detail.
- MUST have Local Experience.
