Come join our Group Finance team as a Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Officer on a 12 Month fixed term contract! As the Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing day to day transactions with some of our key clients.
Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:
Vendors paid within trading terms
Timely reconciliation of large trading accounts
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
Daily input of incoming funds
12-24-hour response of Accounts queries in the accounts in box
Upkeep of accrual registers
Daily Cash flow preparation
Ad Hoc assistance with collection calling
Assist with end of month and year end reporting
What you will bring:
4 years' experience in a similar finance role
Experience with ERP & Banking systems
Strong Microsoft office skills and the ability to quickly pick up new software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised with high attention to details and accuracy
Ability to prioritise and balance several tasks and work within tight deadlines
Team player a must and ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
