As a member of our growing Payments Team your responsibilities will include:
- Processing, receipting and allocation of daily banking
- Collection and processing of customer payments
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Effective debt collection
- Liaising with customers by phone and email
- Multitasking and nailing the attention to detail
- Problem solving under pressure
- Establishing a positive "can do attitude" and an eagerness to learn new processes
