Our group has eight Totally Workwear branches located around the Perth region, as well as a warehousing and embroidery facility.
Totally Workwear is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who is highly organised, calm under pressure and has a firm but flexible approach to work
Responsibilities:
- Receipting of payments
- Debt Collection - following up outstanding invoices
- Reconciling Customer Ledgers and Journals
- Answering of incoming calls to the Admin office
- Processing Credit Applications for Managers approval
- Monthly Consolidated Invoicing
- Stop Supply Procedures
- Filing/Archiving
- General Administration Tasks
- Liaising with Stores
- Support to Admin Team as and when required
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years prior experience in a similar Role is a necessity
- Highly Motivated and Organised
- Well developed computer skills, particularly with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Be fast paced, have the ability to meet deadlines, have excellent time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work autonomously and in a team environment.
- If successful you would be required to provide a Police Clearance Certificate
