POSITION
Due to incredible growth, the position of Part Time Accounts Receivable Officer has been created to support the Financial Controller
This role will involve and not be limited to:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable (highly desirable but not necessary)
- Assist the Financial Controller with any ad hoc finance related matters
- Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and financial institutions
- Assisting with month end accounting and reporting
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 2+ years ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE experience
- Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Netsuite and Excel would be highly desirable
