Role Overview As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Lead. You will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and delivering invoices in a timely manner whilst regularly performing accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure all outstanding debtors are followed up.
This role will give you the ability to contribute to a high performing team in a function that is vital to the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all client invoicing is generated accurately
- Review accounts receivable reconciliation to ensure all outstanding debtors are followed up appropriately
- Perform within a multidisciplinary team
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders
- Attend to any accounts receivable related inquiries
- Provide adhoc finance support where required
Candidate Profile
You have 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume accounts receivable role and can immediately add value to a high-performing team. You operate in a manner that encourages team work and have exceptional communication skills. You have a passion for continuous improvement and are motivated to add to the warm team culture.
