AID is family run business that has been operating a national distribution business on the Gold Coast for 30 years. We distribute films, computer games, GoPro’s and other consumer electronic products to all of Australia’s major retailers. Our office and distribution centre is based in Helensvale on the Gold Coast.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts receivable person and an experienced Payroll/HR person. These positions are a great opportunity to expand your skills and be a part of a rapidly growing company, with the following responsibilities:
Accounts receivable person:
- Ability to Reconcile large national Debtor Accounts. (JB, Harvey Norman, Officeworks etc).
- Manage large Bank Reconciliations.
- Process Credit Applications.
- Familiar with traditional Accounting Software.
- Be able to firmly handle Debtor Collections
Payroll/HR person:
- Familiar with traditional Payroll Accounting Software.
- Ability to handle payroll across different Australian states.
- Advertising for new staff.
- Short listing job applicants for our managers.
- Completing letters of offer.
- Having an understanding of HR guidelines.
- Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- A very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and telephone manner.
