Ingrained Nutrition is a reputable and long standing dietitian company embedded in the community for the past 15 years.
We are seeking an eager, self-driven dietitian to join our amazing team of 5 dietitians and 3 administrative superhumans. Based in Wagga Wagga and servicing the local communities we have long standing relationships with community organisations, disability services and allied health companies.
We are a close nit team with the same morals, values and desire to deliver high quality dietetics services to the Wagga community and surrounds. This position is ideal for an individual that wants diversity in their role and clinical support from an experienced clinical team. The role involves a mix of one-on-one consults, community health projects, medical centre and private suites, NDIS and disability support, corporate presentations, aged care and social media.
Ingrained Nutrition supports new graduates and dietitians looking to build their clinical knowledge, set a strong foundation for their career, under the guidance of senior dietitians. We have been delivering a high quality standard of service for many years and pride ourselves on supporting our clients towards realistic yet aspiring health goals. We deliver a range of specialist nutrition and dietetics services in Paediatrics, Disability, Eating Disorders, Disordered Gut-Brain Conditions (IBS), and a strong caseload in metabolic health with a client-centred, but results driven approach.
The position is 5 days a week (hybrid role), to fulfil the demands of our expanding workload, you will work with our team of dietitians and possess a desire to support and collaborate with each other, be willing to lend a hand and put in what you want to get out.
As a dietitian with Ingrained Nutrition you will have access to free and paid professional development opportunities, mentoring and access to Dietitian Life Membership with over 300 resources and clinical guides and the ability to be who you are with the backing of the Director Peta in moulding the role to what you want it to be. Applicants will be selected and interviewed as they are received and the position will commence immediately. This position would ideally suit a dietitian already residing and/or working with the Riverina, or someone looking to integrate into a community and regional-rural lifestyle. Pay will be commensurate on the clinical experience of the applicant as per Fair Work Legislation.
Essential Criteria
- Motivated to learn and committ to being part of a Dietetics team.
- Willingless to give and take within a small team dynamic.
- Must have a reliable car.
- Enrolled in the APD program and be a Provisional or Accredited Practising Dietitian
- Full membership of Dietitians Association of Australia
- Confident and outgoing
- Solid ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to engage with a range of clientele, practitioners and the wider community
- Comfortable working autonomously and capable of managing own workload, with remote support
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance of up to $10M
Desired criteria
- Must have initiative but also ready to ask for help when needed.
- Registered Medicare, NDIS and DVA provider
- Adaptable to a dynamic working environment
- Experience in utilising Foodworks
- Social Media experience and proficiency in CANVA.
- Capable awareness of practice software and computer literacy
- Proficient skills in report writing, menu review work and nutrient data.
