The Position:
- Responsible for the catering operations of the retail sites and functions
- Ensuring that all tasks associated with food production are performed with the highest of service standards
- Meet set financial and business targets.
- Develop effective relationships with individuals at all levels, from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and locations.
- Manage the retail and function workforce including rostering, training and recruitment
- Roster works across a seven-day operation - including day, nights, and weekends
- Safety champion - ensuring a positive and safe environment whilst continually being a safety champion.
- Senior manager with over 5+ years of food and beverage operations and multi venue
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage - including wine knowledge
- Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities.
- Ability to be the operational lead and motivate and train a dynamic team.
- Is self-motivated and an excellent communicator.
