Job Description:
Leads the marketing organization for the Oral Care Solutions Division for ANZ.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the development of region and country marketing plans, as well as program activation to drive demand generation and growth acceleration.

Key stakeholders include Country Marketing, Sales, Area/Global Portfolio and Campaign Marketers, HCBG Marketing Center.

This role reports to the Activation Marketing Leader -Asia, Oral Care Solutions, HCBG. Country marketers will report directly into this role.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide market and competitive intelligence and input to the area teams (Area portfolio, NPI and marketing)

Localize marketing plans and activate programs based on ANZ needs and opportunities

Ensure local regulatory and packaging compliance for portfolio/programs

NPI voice of market, ideas, local needs and participate on global NPI team / with area new product marketers

Demand generation at the local layer:
a.) Define local social media/media/key platform for communication.

b.) Execute on End-use communication

c.) Recommend on media buys

d.) Align to Campaign outcomes/input/results

Channel:
a.) eCommerce capabilities of channel partners

b.) General Channel partners distribution, local specific channel partner engagement/execution through channel marketing plans

c.) Syndication to the channel partner in country

Sales Partnership and Engagement:
a.) Delivering programs/promotions/new product materials to field sales

b.) Close alignment/partnership with sales teams to deliver programs

Promotion Support:
a.) Translation correctness and regulatory and legal alignment b.) Interfacing with local Application Engineers/Specialists- technical/whitepapers/customer testimonials – ensuring customer requirements/local regulations/requirements are met

Marketing Updates:
a.) Owner of audience evolution -aggregate view of the local audience and articulate to the area

b.) Product Support: New Product translation correctedness and local requirement management, local material owners

c.) Promotion planning (IBP Process input)- only an input to the process

d.) Local marketing requirements: Trade shows, customer events, key opinion leader

Shared Accountabilities:
Collaborate With:
Leverage Customer Operations’ activities/support to deploy programs (DRC, Communication, Media Relation, Fairs and Events, CRM, POS)

Provide insights of local market, product performance, customer demand and feedback

Liaison to the local functions like channel marketing, RDL’s customer service, sales force, application engineering, regulatory

Role Qualifications

Business and Marketing education

Relevant ANZ Region work experience

Excellence in marketing disciplines (price, portfolio, end-use, channel and communication)

Has the personality to convince and engage sales teams
