Every week we create life long memories for hundreds of people - be it the joy of school camp, the adventure of an overnight walk, or a wedding day. We are seeking qualified and experienced outdoor Activity Instructors/ Group Leaders to join our innovative, customer focused and award-winning team.

The job
Primarily to instruct and lead specialised outdoor activities and / or lead groups on residential and journey based camps. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service, professionalism, motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
The conditions:
Full time, contract and casual/freelance roles available. Salary subject to experience and qualifications. Generous benefits (including further training, meals, uniform and accommodation available). Conditions as per the Hospitality (General) Award. Ideal commencement for Term 1 2024 (or earlier pending availability).
Your qualifications
• Tertiary qualification (Degree or Cert IV) in Outdoor Education/Leadership or similar, and / or relevant experience
• Abseiling, canoeing, swimming, high ropes & bike riding accreditation desirable
• Senior First Aid (Wilderness desirable)
• Working with children check, police check and driver’s license essential.
