Suncorp are looking for passionate individuals to join our Outbound Insurance team to provide exceptional
Customer Service whilst educating and finding solutions for our customers.This role is permanent full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.Please note this role includes 7.5 weeks full time onsite training at either our Brisbane or Melbourne office.

By listening, and asking the right questions, you will provide education and present customers with available options and solutions for their insurance needs. What you'll doMaking outbound calls to our existing customers you will:
- Deliver seamless customer experiences through providing education and efficient outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to listen, build trust and exceed customers' expectations and improve customer outcomes.
- Contribute to a team culture that is balanced across people, customer, risk, and performance.
- Contact existing customers with service-related enquiries, not cold calling, or sales enquiries.

- Demonstrate strong technical skills, navigating multiple systems.

Training PeriodIf successful, we are offering 7.5 weeks full time, paid training (Monday - Friday from 8.30am until 4.30pm), commencing on the Wednesday 19th June. This training will be held onsite at our Brisbane or Melbourne office.Work from home requirementsAs this role will be a combination of compulsory onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. To successfully work from home, you will require the following.
- Home phone line or VOIP connection
- Internet connection
- You will be provided with a company issued Laptop which can plug into the facilities in the office, or to use when working from home.
- For work from home purposes, you will also need a keyboard, mouse, and computer screen at home, combined with the required cables and/or dock to connect to the laptop.
- Ergonomic set up with desk and chair in a quiet, private space.
