As an Activity Partner, you will be responsible for the development and coordination of suitable Activity opportunities that will address our job seekers’ vocational, and non-vocational barriers, to increase their work readiness and progress them towards employment. You will also have a strong focus on administration, compliance and advising/supporting our National Activity Partner team.
You will establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support job seekers on their employment journey.
This role has hybrid work options available by arrangement. Ability to attend sites across Sydney’s North and West region for events and training is required.
You will:
- Be part of a National team under our Workforce Australia contract
- Support your team with administrative tasks, inclusive of quality checking, raising purchase orders, and auditing activities against our National compliance standards
- Inspire, motivate, and build rapport with all stakeholders and customers to support progress outcomes for our customers
- Have strong administration and organisational skills, to ensure compliance requirements are always met
- Demonstrate great time management, creativity and implement our initiatives in our your daily processes
- Understand our diverse customer base and how we can strategically support our customers through Activity engagement
- Generate relationships with other organisations in the community sector using sales, business development and/or marketing techniques
What will you bring to the role?
- Strong degree of attention to detail to ensure compliance of documents in line with contractual requirements
- Co-ordination of WHS risk assessments, audit checklists to ensure workplace compliance, safety and procedure management
- Worked in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Ability to liaise and develop relationships with all business stakeholders (internal and external)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong digital and computer literacy, able to use spreadsheets, and track our progress outcomes
- Customer focus, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Strong administration and organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage several tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a National team
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs

- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
- Hold a current driver’s license (desireable)
