Admin All Rounder (Part Time or Full Time)

We're currently recruiting for a person to fill our Admin All Rounder position based in Dubbo NSW. This is a varied role and no two days are the same. 

We require a self motivated person who has exceptional customer service skills, and the best part…no weekend work! 

Our key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide customer service; assisting via telephone, email and in person in our store, whilst recommending the best products or services to match their needs
• Understanding customer’s needs and helping them with a solution
• Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
• You must be able to verbally communicate clearly to customers in a polite manner 
• Some hands on duties and lifting will be required
• Ability to work alone unsupervised & in a team
• Attention to detail is paramount
• High levels of initiative, self motivation & professionalism
• Ability to prioritise workload 
• Willingness to get your hands dirty when required 
• Must have own car and transport 

Qualifications & experience

• Experience in Microsoft Office preferred but not essential
• Industry knowledge preferred but not essential
• Retail experience preferential but not essential
• Previous experience in administration is advantageous but not essential
• Experience in Xero is advantageous but not essential
• A current SafeWork NSW Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one

Tasks 

• Over the counter sales from our showroom
• General customer enquiries
• Answering phone 
• Quoting
• Invoicing
• Training Bookings
• Maintaining client registers
• Scanning and sending paperwork
• Inspections and tagging on-site or offsite
• Loading and unloading customer orders with a forklift 
• Cleaning 
• & all other associated duties

• Full Time hours are on offer for the right applicant. Full time hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm. 
• Part Time hours would be 3 days a week. 8:00am- 4:30pm. days can be discussed depending on individuals situation however 2 of the days must be consecutive days
• A Certificate III in Business is on offer to the right applicant
• On the job training will be provided for the right person, previous experience is not essential

Rate of pay will be negotiated depending on experience. All applications will be confidential.
