Position: Podiatry support
Adelaide Foot and Ankle is looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic person to join our admin/support team. We are growing and need more staff for our Prospect and Semaphore offices. The position is fulltime.
The successful applicant will need to have the following.
Essential skills required:
- Previous experience in healthcare admin support
- Must have excellent call management skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of the Adelaide Foot and Ankle Team.
- Take direction from and report to the Practice Manager
- Management of electronic diary and patient database using PracSuite or similar software.
- Comprehensive abilities using HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Ability to use MS Office suite - Word, Outlook, Excel etc
- Driver's license and reliable transport
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience in Dental or Medical admin/support.
- Experience in office sterilization processes and procedures is preferred but not essential.
- Training will be provided to the successful applicant as required.
Remuneration: Negotiated based on experience and Health Professional and Support Services Award 2010
