As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Processing customer orders and providing order status updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records and order details
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
