Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to get their hands dirty with our QA system and also be an integral part of migrating to a new computer system. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement is important to us, so we also want to hear your thoughts and ideas. 

Do you like to-

• Maintain and enhance the QA management system to ensure its functionality and compliance with accreditation standards. 
• Oversee the documentation and auditing of training materials. 
• Act as a triage agent pointing your team members to appropriate IT support functions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of the ERP system, driving continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Provide internal support for ERP-related issues and liaise with external software providers to implement necessary changes. 
• Identify and implement improvements in quality systems to enhance overall operational efficiency.

I know this sounds very technical, but we also need you to be able to talk with the humans…
