COSMETIC MEDICAL ClINIC ADMIN / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

As the Clinic Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic, including:

• Managing incoming patient enquiries and bookings
• Customer Service
• Record keeping & compliance
   

As Executive Assistant (EA) to the Medical Director, your key responsibilities will be:

• Assisting the Medical Director with professional and personal correspondence 
• Assisting the Medical Director by Scheduling and organising meetings 
• Assisting the Medical Director with documentation and record-keeping

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar position (in medical, cosmetic surgery or dermal therapy fields).
• Immaculate grooming and presentation as you will be the face of the clinic.
• Leadership qualities.
• The ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Excellent computer skills
• Flexibility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak busy periods during summer.
