Working as part of a small team, this part-time role will include:
Assist the Director and General Manager:
- with professional correspondence.
- Scheduling meeting organization.
- documentation and record keeping.
- Provide administrative support particularly in relation to Work Health and Safety including:
- Providing document control for Eclipse Soils' WHS system.
- Maintaining WHS content to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
- Coordinating the reporting and distribution of WHS information.
- Providing general WHS administrative support.
To be successful, you will:
- Have demonstrable experience in similar administration and coordination support roles.
- Possess high proficiency in SharePoint, the MS Office Suite, and competency in using software solutions.
- Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills and excel in developing and maintaining diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Manage competing priorities with sound time management skills.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Hold a valid current driver's license.
