Our clinic is located in gorgeous Crows Nest, right near public transport, lots of shops and cafes. We offer a driven, beautiful, and spacious work space, with a focus on growth, results, and providing overall hope for our clients. Our clients have usually “tried everything”, “been to see everyone”, “no one can figure out what’s wrong with me” … we say “Challenge Accepted!”
We excel at our specialised assessment protocol, deep but gentle hands-on fascia treatments, cupping, sauna + light therapy, corrective and functional movement training. We’d love an enthusiastic and driven receptionist/admin onboard to add a smile to our customers faces, make them feel at home, and help the day run smoothly for our team.
The successful applicant will be an important member of our staff, relied upon by both the practitioners and clients to mainly:
- Welcome clients to the clinic
- Client communications
- Efficiently manage a broad range of administrative and reception tasks
- Ensure safe use of the sauna and red light therapy
- Bookings and Payments
- Be on the Ball!
The right candidate will be interested in consistently growing their skills, and self - inspired to complete tasks. Having a good sense of humour and an ability to proactively look at the needs of the clinic around them and act to make sure all is as it should be without direction is something our team highly values.
Where you have experience in managing and / or writing blogs, newsletters, making website updates (Wix), completing design tasks, and managing social media, we’d love to hear about that.
