Address Assistant Service Advisor / Admin person needed .
We are a busy workshop located in a busy hub in INDOOROOPILLY Queensland
A right candidate should be able to handle a high volume of customer enquiries, answering questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online.
Ability to multi task, along with strong data entry skills. Higher than average Computer Skills, from emailing, to being able to learn multiple system platforms. Along with being confident in being shown how to use and utilize these new skills consistently.
Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers
Build relationships with new and current clients.
Assist clients in making repair decisions and giving accountable advice.
Look for cross-selling opportunities to increase individual purchase value and overall sales whilst still remaining true to their needs, and the company approach of always being honest.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn dissatisfied individuals into consistent long term clients.
Passion for motor vehicles would be great, with some knowledge about cars and parts is highly desirable. this is not essential though.
Remuneration above commensurate for the position. Position requires one Saturday per fortnight, to be alternated between staff members.
