What You Will Be Doing...

  • Raise purchase orders, receipt invoices, and confirm delivery of goods and services.
  • Raise invoices for services provided.
  • Organising data, preparing, and maintaining documentation to support information flow and decision making.
  • Create a log of service issues & deadlines for the Operations Manager.
  • Enable logistics for remote sites including freight, flights, accommodation, and transfers.
  • Identify, propose and implement improved workflows and standard procedures.
  • Maintain social media platforms for the Enterprise Division.
  • Perform any other administration tasks required by the division.
What we are looking for...
  • Certificate in Business or Office Administration or equivalent – desirable.
  • Proven administration & project coordination skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proven customer service experience with strong problem-solving capabilities.
