POSITION – ADMIN SUPPORT OFFICER
AEM is a Territory Proud, earthmoving & mechanical company, who are looking for an eager, career driven individual to join our Administration team.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance and support to the staff, management and clients of Arnhem Earthmoving & Mechanical in accordance with the business processes.
The Admin Support Officer is responsible for the coordination and implementation of daily office procedures to ensure a consistent and productive support networks provided to AEM’s workforce.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Update and maintain various registers, documents and spreadsheets
- Data entry of daily timesheets
- Maintain and replenish stationery and PPE levels
- Excellent administrative and office skills
- Excellent time management skills to plan and prioritise work
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Additional ad hoc duties as required - running office errands
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with accounting software MYOB not essential, training provided
- Experience with the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & Outlook Email
- Ability to work without supervision and take ownership of the reception area
- Open Drivers Licence (Manual preferred)
- Can do attitude, reliable, punctual and fit for duty with the ability to work without supervision
