ABOUT THE ROLE
Mainfreight Warehousing Derrimut are looking for an enthusiastic, well presented Branch Administration team member to join our growing team. The right candidate must bring a positive can-do attitude, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent time management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
- Previous pallet control & 2IC experience highly regarded
- Immaculate attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work under pressure and to achieve tight time frames
- Think on your feet and be reliable to work independently
- Able to professionally interact with customers, contractors and team members alike
- Be exceptionally well presented with impeccable oral and written communication skills
- Previous Administration experience highly regarded
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pallet control management for the site
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Monitoring and reporting on Branch Compliance
- Assisting and working closely with the Warehouse Management team
