Your new role

• PA Duties to General Manager and Director of Operations
• Meet and greet clients
• Assisting with accounts and liaising with the finance department
• Invoicing
• Email correspondence
• Assisting with the operations team where required
• Ensure the smooth running and management of the office

What you'll need to succeed

• Computer-literate
• The ability to work independently
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Minimum 4 years experience in Administration is essential
