Role and responsibility include:
- Taking ownership of all administration duties including accounts receivable / payable, data entry & supplier reconciliations,
- Establishing and nurturing meaningful connection with our new and existing clientele,
- Providing outstanding customer service when you take calls and respond to emails,
- Love a fast-paced environment and be willing and excited to contribute directly to shaping customer service delivery.
- Provide assistance to the Operations Manager
But that’s not all. This role is an opportunity to grow. As a valued member of our growing team you’ll be working directly with clients, helping us to find out not just what our clients need, but what they want, and delivering it.
About You:
- At least 3 years’ experience in office administration
- Sound understanding of Xero and Simpro software,
- Computer savvy
- Don’t be afraid to take control.
- Building industry knowledge (preferred but not essential),
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills,
