About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Cedar Health Serviceteam as aAdministration Officer, where you will be responsible for:

  • Provides responsive reception and administrative services, support and advice to support the work of the Clinical Team Leader and site staff.
  • Undertakes the processing and maintenance of site data and associated records, CHS client management systems, financial, HR and purchasing administration functions.
  • Is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides a wide range of clinical services and is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer service to consumers who have experienced trauma, abuse and domestic family violence in a professional, responsive and timely manner to achieve optimal client focused outcomes.  
  • Requires a flexible autonomous approach to work using initiative and the ability to prioritise competing workload demands.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:

  • Demonstrated experience in the use of client management information and record management systems
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of a reception and administration service.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information and the provision of high quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of office equipment and the Microsoft Office Suite: Internet, Outlook, Word and Excel to an advanced level
