Right now, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our new Sydney office.
About the role
Working closely with the Principal, our new Client Support Officer will work on a variety of administrative matters across the firm. This is a fulltime position with usual office hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. This is a new role in a new office with lots of room for professional growth.
What you will do
Under the guidance of the Principal, your day will include a mix of any of the following:
- interaction with clients, government agencies and other businesses for information gathering
- coordinate and schedule client meetings
- assist with time recording and invoicing
- prepare and collate correspondence and documents
- collection and distribution of mail
- reception
- data entry
- meticulous organisation of physical and digital files
- records management
- assisting with event organisation
- ordering catering and preparing tea/coffee etc.
- maintaining kitchen and meeting rooms
- ad hoc office duties
