You have probably seen us around in our Blue Trucks, collecting your rubbish, but we do so much more than that!  The Cleanaway St Mary’s facility is an EPA licensed facility equipped to collect and process liquid waste from households and various industrial and manufacturing waste.

We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Administrator andCustomer Service Officerto join our team at St Mary’s facility. This team values commitment, teamwork and are looking for the right person with the same values who can not only support but also assist the team to accomplish their goals and KPI’s in current busy times.

Your new role

  • Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web and email
  • Manage customer/supplier complaints to resolution, following set procedures
  • Maintain our CRM Database of customer/supplier information
  • Raising, tracking and closing purchase orders
  • Acting as a point of contact between finance and operational teams
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
  • Assisting with accounts reconciliation at end of month
  • Completing other ad hoc administrative functions

Your skills and experience

  • Previous experience in an administration role with a focus on Customer Service
  • Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers and all onsite teams
  • Excellent communication written and verbal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • An eye for detail, the ability to prioritise and strong time management skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, particularly excel
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM, JDE and Coupa, (however training would be provided)
