Atlantis Rising in Partnership with Alchemy Crystal Tones®️ Crystal Singing Bowls retails the highest quality healing tools available.
We are seeking a professionally presented, cheerful, creative, well organised person with excellent administration skill, brand knowledge retail skills and confident customer service qualities to join our team.
Key Tasks include, though not limited to:
- Advanced skills in office administration – MS Office products including Excel – Website Management - CRM Systems - LearnDash LMS and Social Media.
- Supporting the business owner with day to day management of administration tasks.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Selling Alchemy Crystal Tones®️ Crystal Singing Bowls, by meeting the clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service throughout the sale.
- Understanding how to offer and sell high value retail products.
- Answering phone calls to provide high quality support to our clients
- Responding to customers by email and phone.
- Appointment setting
To be successful for this position you will require:
- Demonstrated office Administration and sales capabilities
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Punctual and reliable
