Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate distribution of pharmaceutical products. We specialise in clinical pharmacy, compounding and disease states including Fertility and Macular Degeneration.

Your daily responsibilities will vary because we are a large business and need people that can work across different departments. You will need a blend of technical skills, administrative tasks, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing Technician:

Accurately dispense pharmaceutical products and medications under the supervision of a pharmacist

Participate in various tasks such as inventory management, data entry, and customer support.

Maintain proper inventory levels and organise the pharmacy stock.

Assist in managing medication orders and prescriptions.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and customers to ensure their needs are met.

Pharmacy Administrator – Pharmacy Assistants:

Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

Coordinate and manage pharmacy schedules and appointments.

Work closely with customers to ensure their orders are processed efficiently.

Assist in compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent 

Skills and Experience:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Must be able to work autonomously.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to adapt and learn on the job.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for helping others.
  • Adept at working collaboratively in a team.
