Grow your career with a global retailer as a Learning and Development Assistant within our Buying Administration team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12-month Fixed term contract position.

In this pivotal role, you will join a team that is at the heart of what makes ALDI unique: our products. As part of the Buying team, you will be involved in the journey of our products, from conception to our store shelves.

What does the role look like? 

  • Develop learning and development content and initiatives to drive desired learning outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops to deliver behavioural tools and techniques to the National Buying department
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver end-to-end training programs for internal employees
  • Coordinate training courses with external training service providers including the set-up of training rooms
  • Project and administrative support for newly developed L&D programs and processes
  • Coordinate and allocate trainers, maintaining training trackers
  • Maintain and review training materials to ensure content is accurate and up to date
  • Conduct staff training sessions in relation to National Buying processes
  • Provide support within administrative areas such as reception, catering, and office services
  • Inbox administration / email management

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum 2-3 years administration experience, learning and development experience will be highly regarded
  • High level of integrity with the ability to safeguard private and confidential information
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt
  • Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated experience providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 or Rise 360 highly desirable
  • Facilitation experience or interest in this space will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of blended learning concepts
