What we require:
This role is a full-time position providing the opportunity to support with general operational duties alongside the Transport Supervisor and Operations Supervisor.
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Duties will include but not limited to:
The Operations Support Officer will be responsible for tasks such as but not limited to:
• Customer service, answering and redirecting phone calls;
• Organising freight pick ups, updating transport manifests;
• Confirm consignment transit details and producing paper work such as Consignment notes and SPA's;
• General administrative and operation duties;
• Entering data into system;
• Other adhoc duties where required, including reporting and/or quoting.
