Who are we?

Who are you?
Open-minded, with a passion for the development of skills across the economy and a desire to fix the systemic challenges across the training system. You don’t need to be an expert in education but must be practically minded and willing to get involved.

With exciting opportunities to drive change, you will need to have drive and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Our key selection criteria:

  • Ideally, you have experience working in a fast pace start up environment possibly within the education sector, VET even better!
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a professional and confidential manner, including the ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines and commitments.
  • Advanced written skills and ability to draft corporate communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to proofread, format, and edit documents and presentations across all Microsoft and Google software packages.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, and successfully juggle and meet multiple competing deadlines.
  • Proven ability to professionally interact with a range of diverse stakeholders.
  • Working in a complex, ambiguous, and ever-changing environment.
  • Making a difference is paramount so we are resilient when things are challenging and curious about finding better ways to succeed and understanding our sectors and stakeholders.
  • We don’t mind where you work, as we are all located across Australia, but we do care about working together. We know that we are better together.
Are you with us?
We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would like to learn more about you.
