Customer Service/Office Support
To commence immediately
Full Time Position
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and one Saturday per month 6am to 2pm. Will need to have some flexibility to cover an occasional 05.30am start for leave coverage.
Clean Site Bins is a successful family owned and operated business based in Flynn Drive, Neerabup.
We provide services to the building industry through onsite bins. We also provide a skip bin service for both commercial and residential premises. Our Flynn Drive site additionally operates as a busy tipping/recycling location.
We are seeking an applicant with a high level of written and verbal communication skills with a focus on great customer service. The confidence to work unsupervised in an unstructured environment is a must, along with the ability to deal with many and varied personalities. Trustworthiness is essential. We are looking for a candidate with a professional manner, excellent work ethic and a stable employment history.
- Entering Customer purchase orders
- Creating customer invoices
- Reading and responding to emails
- Maintaining data base & accurate data entry
- Weighbridge operator
- Holiday relief
- Answering phone calls
- Processing payments by EFTPOS/cash
Key Skills Required:
- Very strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English
- Computer literate and the ability to learn and navigate through new
- Use of MS Office.
