Administration Clerk/Office Support ---- Immediate Start

We have a unique opportunity for an Administration Clerk/Office Support individual to become an integral part of our team.
Based at our office in Victoria Park, immediate start, full time and flexible hours if you would like to start early.

Responsibilities for this key position:
- Entering Customer purchase orders
- Creating customer invoices
- Processing payments by EFTPOS
- Reading and responding to emails
- Daily completion of accounts related tasks and accounts support
- Accounting assistant
- Filing
- Holiday relief
Key Skills Required:
- Computer literate and the ability to learn
- Positive and warm personality.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Great organisation skills.
- An excellent work ethic.
- Not required but head start if you can use software pronto
